Iced Green Tea with Lemon

Green tea is my wake-me-up every morning and the last thing I drink at night. Iced green tea is my new favourite summer-time drink. To make a jug full of iced green tea, start by brewing two or three bags in a teapot. After 5 minutes of brewing time pour the tea into a large serving jug and leave to reach room temperature before putting into the fridge to chill. Once cold, serve with plenty of ice cubes and a large wedge of lemon. It's refreshing and full of antioxidants and fat burning qualities.
